Every assessment moves through four numbered steps, shown as tabs. The Evidence library sits beside them, unnumbered, because you use it throughout rather than at a particular stage.
Setup
Framework, sector, depth, target profile and scope details. You can change most of these later; the framework version is stamped at creation and never silently upgraded.
Assessment
The working view: every outcome or requirement, grouped the way the framework groups them, with your statuses, notes and evidence lines. Its tab shows a live progress count and bar.
Dashboard
Analytics over your answers: the status distribution, an objective radar, principle breakdowns, where to focus, evidence coverage and trend against earlier assessments in the series. Percentages always state their basis, and unassessed items are counted against you rather than ignored.
Report
The shareable output: judgements, principle summary, gap register and appendices, with a PDF download that mirrors the screen. Report options control which registers are included.
The Evidence library
The Evidence tab holds every evidence record for the assessment. Records cite documents rather than storing them, and one record can support several outcomes. Add evidence while assessing or in bulk from the library; both end up in the same register.
