Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to delete

  1. Open Account from the app header open Account .
  2. In the delete account section, enter your current password to confirm it is you.
  3. Confirm. You are signed out and the account is gone.

What happens to your data

  • Every assessment you own is deleted the same way individual deletion works: answers, evidence records, links and attached files, with files removed from storage.
  • Your user record, preferences and any feedback you submitted through the widget are removed with the account.
  • There is no soft-delete holding period on the live system. Encrypted backups of the database exist for disaster recovery and rotate out on a fixed schedule, taking deleted data with them.
Download any PDFs you need before deleting: reports are generated from assessment data, so they cannot be regenerated afterwards.
