The PDF is the report in fixed form: the same content as the Report tab, laid out for print and email.
Exporting
- Open the Report tab.
- Choose Download PDF. The file generates on demand from the current answers, so it always reflects the assessment as it is now.
What the PDF includes
- Everything the on-screen report shows, under your current report options: distribution, principle summary, attainment where a profile is set, the gap register, and the appendices including the evidence register and, for sector assessments, the exception systems register.
- The document reference, revision marker and date in the header, and the disclaimer and licence attribution in the footer.
- The executive summary if you generated one.
The PDF always renders in a fixed light palette regardless of your theme setting, so it prints and shares consistently.
