Deleting an assessment

Deleting an assessment is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no archive or recycle bin.

How to delete

  1. Open My assessments open My assessments .
  2. Choose Delete on the assessment and confirm the prompt.
  3. For an assessment with reassessment history, each assessment in the series is deleted individually: expand the history to delete earlier ones.

What is removed

  • The assessment itself: setup, answers, notes, overrides and any generated summary.
  • Its evidence records and their outcome links, and any attached files, which are removed from storage, not just hidden.
  • Its exception register entries, where the assessment had any.

Other assessments in the same series are untouched; deleting the latest simply makes the previous one the most recent. If what you actually want is a fresh start with history kept, reassess instead of deleting.
