The service
XIRIQ.AI is an assessment-support tool for OT cybersecurity compliance work against IEC 62443-3-3, the UK NCSC CAF and NIS2. During early access the service is provided free of charge and features may change, break, or be withdrawn.
Not professional advice
Assessment content, scores, reports and AI-generated summaries are support tooling, not professional engineering, legal or compliance advice. Framework content is paraphrased for assessment support; always verify against the source standard or legislation. Reports require review by a qualified engineer before formal issue, and you remain solely responsible for your organisation's compliance decisions.
Your account and content
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you upload. You retain all rights to your assessment data and evidence; we claim no ownership and use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't upload content you don't have the right to store, and don't use the service to attack, probe or overload it or anyone else's systems.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, so export report PDFs for anything you need durable copies of. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid for it (during free early access: zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. You can close your account yourself at any time from the Account page, which permanently deletes your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Early access: these terms will be reviewed by counsel before general availability. If they change, we'll notify account holders by email.
